During the Fall of 2023, I had the opportunity to participate in flea markets hosted by GW's Startup Sustainability Club. I crafted a new menu for each market with seasonal flavors and local ingredients.

This has been an incredible experience as I've met a number of vendors in the DMV and received immense support from my peers.

 

After a semester abroad in the Spring of 2024, I will be returning in the Fall of 2024 to pop-ups at GW campus flea markets!
